With almost everything covered by a thick layer of snow, temperatures of -12ºC and a sharp icy wind, the northern German city of Hamburg welcomed me into its beautiful bay, lake and streets.

I happened to make a short stop in Hamburg on this very cold day during winter time. Apparently, it was one of the coldest days that the city had experienced and lucky me, I was there to enjoy it.
